We’ve found that there are currently no Beer & Brewery Tours tours available in Inverness. However, we understand you’re interested in exploring local breweries and enjoying a tasting experience during your visit to Scotland.
Given the nature of this activity – typically involving walking between locations and potentially some outdoor elements – it's important to prepare appropriately for comfort and weather conditions. We anticipate these tours will be several hours in length, so comfortable footwear is absolutely essential. Sturdy walking shoes or boots are highly recommended; you’ll likely be on your feet exploring the brewery sites.
Layering your clothing is key as temperatures can vary, particularly if parts of the tour involve outdoor walks between breweries. Bring a light jacket or fleece to add warmth if it gets chilly, and perhaps a waterproof layer just in case. Don't forget comfortable trousers or jeans – something you don’t mind getting slightly messy!
Finally, given that this is a tasting experience, we suggest bringing a bottle opener (though some breweries may provide them) and potentially a small bag to collect your tasting samples. Most importantly, bring an appetite and a willingness to learn about the brewing process!
